Unable to ship from eBay app

I haven't been able to ship from the eBay app on my Android phone for a quite a few days now. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing changed. I like to have the option of shipping from my phone. Is this glitch ever going to be fixed?

Have you tried to ship using a browser instead?
