In my account settings already added both Credit Card & bank details for Selling Costs under the "Cards & Accounts" section.
However, when I click on "Refund The Buyer" > Next > Add a payment option. Upon clicking on "add a payment option." the link. It would open a window & before anything is loaded, it would disappear. Or just display a white window & disappear after a couple of seconds.
So far, I have tried to use different browsers and different computers (laptop & PC) & Devices(iPad & Phone), and the results are always the same. Currently, I am stuck in a situation where I cannot proceed with the refund process as "." does not work there, and I am unable to select any payment option to proceed with the "Refund Now". Clicking the Refund Now button will return a "Your refund did not go through. Please add a payment option to refund the buyer." error message.
Please advise on how to workaround this issue?
