Unable to print shipping labels

I just sold two pairs of sneakers, and I am unable to get my free shipping label because the screen is unable to load. What happens if I don’t ship out with the allowed time? This is **bleep**

eBay shipping labels are currently down. eBay is aware and working to fix it - there is no ETA yet.

If anybody needs labels urgently, you can purchase anything but eBay Standard Envelope elsewhere. pirateship.com is a good option for USPS and UPS services.

How does it work for authenticity guarantee? It states sellers must print through ebay.
