Unable to print shipping labels: Page Not Responding

When attempting to purchase and print postage for a sold item, I am directed to an error page stating (image of the error is attached):  

Page Not Responding	

The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding.
Please try the options below:
Try to access the feature directly from the eBay Home Page, instead of using a bookmark.
Wait a few minutes and try to access the feature again.
If you have waited ten to fifteen minutes and you still can't access your page:
Check our Announcement Board to see if the feature is currently unavailable.
If what you are looking for is unavailable, you may still be able to access other parts of the site from the eBay Home page

I have attempted clicking the link to "Print shipping label" on the new eBay Selling Overview page, the listing page, and the multi edit button in the sold list (classic apperance) and all redirect to the same error page. I have also attempted in different browsers, clearing browsing history/cookies, and a different computer without any success.

I do not see any announcments of site maintenance and all other pages seem to be working.

Cause: Buyer entered an invalid address (in this case they put city and state and zip on address line 1 in addition to respective city, state, zip line).
Solution: Create shipping label on paypal and manually correct buyer's address.
Consequences: If using calculated shipping costs, buyer will likely be paying a lower/base price.
