An eBay customer service rep last night escalated my return to eBay in order to reissue a label and that didn't work either. Another customer service rep told me that the label would start working today - it hasn't.
Does anyone have any ideas? The seller is refusing to pay for the label, so I'm going to be out $10-20 due to eBay system errors.
