Hi Printed mine just fine on Windows 10 with edge.
Not sure if it is a browser issue but I did ok not long ago.

I have been using the new shipping platform. Had to use classic so as not to get defect. Tech and developer are aware of the problem. 

New shipping platform shows more benefits but classic is very dependable.

As I was looking for ways to print the labels, I found out that PayPal charges more for USPS labels. More discount on eBay platform. You may want to take a look at that.
