The problem @teenagetreasurehunter is you're attempting to ship items that to not qualify for ESE. I believe you know this because you appear to have intentionally violated eBay policies by listing patches in the postcards categories to access ESE shipping. If you're caught eBay can take action against your account - anything from removing listings, restricting your ability to list in ESE-eligible categories, or even suspending your account.
Your recent patch sale was listed in the correct category for patches which is why ESE is not accessible. It's not a tech error.
You have 25 active listings for patches listed in the postcards category. I strongly suggest revising those listings and moving them to the correct category.
