Unable to pause, resume, end or delete a Promoted Listings campaign

For some reason, I am not able to select/check my Promoted Listings campaign in order to pause, resume, end or delete it. Please see the attached screenshot.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you the click the "actions" button on the right where the options to edit, download report, pause and end are?

I'm guessing the bulk pause resume, end, delete bulk options at the top are non-functional when there is only one promotion as shown in your screenshot. (if so, looks like a user interface design flaw or bug, but not fatal if individual functions under actions work ok)

Both my bulk and individual functions work fine for mine in Firefox, but I have 4 promotions running.

Did you try the actions dropdown as I suggested?

Yes, this does not work.

We have experienced the glitch where we cannot delete the first promoted listings campaign.

Also, when you do a search for one of our items, 2 listings of the same exact item pop up in the results, one via promoted listings. I called an eBay rep today and they confirmed that this was yet another glitch.

All of this has coincided with unusually slow sales, down 35% from last year despite being a top rated seller and almost doubling the inventory in our store.

We are at a loss and almost ready to close down the store.

This is caused by Ebay throttling your account. Ebay represantatives are trained to lie to you and they do this with total impunity!!! You are also accused of violating policies and they will provide you with zero proof. Ebay customer services is a complete shamples, a total mess. They do not care about customer service, they are much more interested in money. Everytime i have rung them you are transfered to India or some place else where the reps cannot even speak fluent english. You are then passed on to someone in the philipines who has trouble understanding english, you then request for someone else only to be handed back to India. Why not just get people vetted properly for such an important service???? Might just as well learn to speak indian language or philipino.
