Unable to list items, gives me a technical issue when I try to post an item.

Is anybody else experiencing this? Is Ebay just having issues?

I've got it too. Must be a site problem.

Yes, similar problem over the last 2 days. You may be able to get it to work if you clear your browser cookies and restart. But I've given up doing that over and over. Plus most people who maybe on eBay to buy something will just go away and not bother.

I am having the same problem. I get everything in the listing, the specs, the photo, etc. Then when I click list, it just gives me the the spinning circle icon, that looks like it is trying to complete the listing, but sometimes, even 20 minutes later, it is just STUCK on the same loop.

I'm also having a technical issue creating a new listing.  In this case it's a vacuum cleaner bag that I'm attempting to list in the Home and Garden > Household Supplies and Cleaning > Vacuum Cleaner Bags category.

The problem I'm having is for the "condition" detail.  There's message that says "Condition is not applicable to this listing".

But then when I actually hit the "list item" button, I get a red error message that says, "It looks like there's a problem with this listing.  Condition is required for this category".

So which is it -- is a vacuum cleaner bag considered new, new-other, used?   There isn't even the option to select from any dropdown menu as to the condition.   There IS a field to enter the condition description, which I did, but that didn't help.

Thank you!

I just tested out listing a vacuum cleaner bag and I was able to select a condition. I know you reported not seeing an option within the dropdown, but I was presented with New, New other, Used and For parts not working in the Home & Garden > Household Supplies & Cleaning > Vacuum Cleaner Bags. Can you share a screenshot of what you see and the error you are receiving? What broswer are you trying this out on? Keep me posted, happy to dig deeper into this for you!

Hi Trinton,

Thank you for looking into this.  It must have been a temporary glitch, because now as of 5:15PM Pacific time, I was able to successfully list that item.  The dropdown menu appeared, so I was able to select New-other.  Smiley Happy
