I am unable to order multiple items from a single ebay seller that uses ebay managed payments due to that being located and shipping from within my same state (Washington). The order originates and is ends in the same state, since I am WA resident as well.
Here in WA state as of Jan 1st eBay recently started charging tax on orders shipped into WA state. Through trail and error it seems eBay's managed payment checkout cannot handle in intrastate WA order and the calculate necessary tax.
If I change primary shipping address to a location in a state other than WA I can proceed to checkout page, when I modify shipping address the same error immediately pops-up.
So ebay has now made it impossible for a WA resident to purchase from another WA resident or business?
Bug appears to only impact sellers using Ebay's new managed payment system. If I attempt a purchase from a seller using the traditional checkout the checkout correctly calculates the tax imposed and allows for payment selection to be made.
Issue is NOT specific account or seller specific, nor is it limited to app or certain browser setting.
Anyone else run into this issue.

@hitboxcollectibles I am going to tag some ebay staff. I think this needs to be looked at ASAP by the tech dept.

I sat and refreshed my cart... taking away an item, then adding an item right back.....for (SERIOUSLY) 3 hours. Eventually I as able to order 49 items from same seller - but because of the new ebay checkout I was limited to 30 items per cart, so I had to checkout twice. Checking out twice caused me to lose several discounts and be overcharged for shipping. Now I am attempting to get reimbursed from seller for being double charged for shipping. I'm continuing to have cart and checkout issues.
Today I attempt to purchase an single item in a quantity of 4 from a seller with 5 available. Cart only allows 3. I contact seller to verify stock. Seller verifies stock BUT directs me to go to their private website to purchase (NOT EBAY). I respond I'd prefer to buy from ebay because of price and protection. Seller nearly doubles price of ebay listing.
