Unable to add variations to multiple item listings

Is anyone else having problems adding variations to multiple item listings? I am only trying to add one or two variations to existing listings but eBay told me I have to end and redo my entire listing to add new variations.  With over 40 variations in some of the listings the process would take days just to redo one listing.

There are several different things that could be causing this. Can you provide more info about what's occurring @24cafe7?

For example:

- Is there an error message that appears?

- Are you able to create variations, but the manual button "add combination" isn't working?

We need to know exactly what's happening to offer accurate advice.

I am able to create variations under edit variations but the manual button "add combination" is not working

I am not receiving any error messages

In that case, this is a known issue @24cafe7. Take a look at the pinned post on this board for the info CS will need so you can be added to the open tech ticket. The more users reporting the problem, the better priority the issue will get in the fix queue.

In the meantime, the button to "automatically add" the variations works, then you can delete anything extra. It's only the manual "add combination" button that's broken.
