Unable to add photos to return

I’m trying to start a return and having issues using the mobile app and desktop version of eBay. 

When I go to my purchases and select the item I want to return it firstly takes me to the “you’ve signed out” screen so have to sign in again. When I try to add photos to the return it selects them in my photo library, let’s me click Add but they don’t appear in the window. I’ve tried this in Google and Safari. Not sure what else to try?

Did you know that there is absolutely NO eBay requirement that you upload photos to start a return case?

All you need to do is go to the Resolution Center, bottom of any eBay page, and open an item not as described case.  Then follow the prompts.

Why does it say photos are required for a return of this is the case?

The thread you are replying to is over two years old.

eBay added the photo requirement some time between then and now.
