Unable to add items to watchlist

Several months ago, my existing watchlist disappeared and ever since then, I've been unable to add anything to my watchlist.

What operating system and browser version or app version are you using?

Any difference if you use another browser?

Can you see your Watch List if you use a different link?

On the Summary page?

Can you see your Watch List items if you sign in to ebay.ca and view the Watch List there?

I had to create a custom watchlist with a unique name.  While this doesn't really resolve the original issue, I can live with it.

"Disappeared" means just that.  My watchlist disappeared.  I had several items listed and the entire watchlist suddenly disappeared.  Poof.  Gone.  How else do I have to explain it?

Just saying "disappeared" again does not really answer any of the questions that you were asked.

There is a big difference between the Watch List page failing to load at all when using one link or one browser, using different links or different browsers, or if it loads and it just contains no items, or if you can see 500 ended items but cannot add any active ones.

I have the same issue but Watchlist didn't disappear.

I've done all the 'A.I.' suggestions, cleared cookies and cache, no luck.

I even tried custom lists but that didn't work either

Tried reporting as an issue but keep getting shunted back to an automatic response.

I'm pretty fed up with it.

How many total items are you currently watching, both active and ended?

What operating system and browser version or app version are you using?

Any difference if you use another browser to add an item to your Watch List?

It is very common for eBay app users to fill up their Watch List and reach maximum capacity without realizing it, since they normally are shown only active listings in the app; meanwhile ended listings keep growing. Deleting some old or ended listings can make space for new active listings in that case.

Some very old or obscure browsers may just no longer work with the Watch List, in terms of adding or deleting items. Try another browser -- preferably the latest version of a popular browser.
