Unable to List an Item

I listed one item yesterday then tried shortly after to list another and it wouldn't work, and is still not working this morning.  I can type a title in, but the search symbol isn't clickable as it should be.  I've already tried logging out and back in.

What browser are you using? Have you tried another to rule out browser issues?

It looks like you have not sold much lately. Have you checked your selling limits?

Selling limits were not an issue.  I ended up having to clear all cookies, etc. and then a reboot of my computer to make it work.  Not something I expected after going right from one listing with no problem to being unable to list the next.  Thanks!
