USPS Labels Printing Issue

USPS label purchase and printing unavailable. This has been going on for a few days now. What causes this. I contacted Ebay and they said is was a USPS problem. I've never had the problem before. The work around, of course is more costly. You have to pay more for shipping. So, the seller loses.

There's an issue right now that's affecting some sellers but not others.
