US Shipping label function is down

When clicking on  purchase shipping label it comes up with something went wrong and takes multiple attempts to get the shipping label screen to come up and then it may have no available shipping options. and you need to start the process over

eBay shipping labels are currently down. eBay is aware and working to fix it; there is no ETA yet.

If anybody needs labels urgently, you can purchase anything but eBay Standard Envelope elsewhere. pirateship.com is a good option for USPS and UPS services.
