When I enter the tracking number in and use UPS Mail Innovations it reverts back to UPS only and does not show the tracking. Then I get hit with a not shipped on time.
This happened before and it is happening again.
I called customer service and I still was hit with a not shipped on time.
Anyone else having this problem?
How can I get this fixed because I am tired of getting my account dinged for something that is a system glitch and is not because I am failing to ship on time.
I tried calling customer service with no avail, so I thought I would try here. Is there a number I can call for ebay tech support? I just want to get this problem resolved.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
