Attempted to purchase UPS shipping label with insurance and got a notice in red letters that the UPS insurance was not working and "to try again later". This has been up since yesterday morning. My shipment is late, what's up??

I don't know why you are seeing the error.

You can purchase labels at the same basic discount at PirateShip.

There is an option within PirateShip to import orders from eBay and it uploads the tracking to your eBay order. Easy peasy.

After 5 phone ( 1 hr 32 min) calls to UPS and getting transferred five times to someone who can barely speak English, it has been corrected. Thanks.
