Trying to print labels with iPad in desktop mode results in ebay sign on page on final print preview

I normally print labels through eBay on my regular desktop computer. I also have an iPad I would like to be able to print labels as a back up. When using the iPad with eBay in desktop mode the procedure to print labels is the same as doing it on my regular computer and everything works fine up until the final print preview screen showing the pages to be printed. On the regular desktop it would show scan sheet and the labels. On the iPad all it will show if the eBay sign on screen. I’ve tried a couple different browsers and same thing happens. I believe eBay has advertised being able to print labels using their mobile app but I’m not looking to use the app. Maybe it not intended to be able to print through labels in desktop mode using iPad etc. but it sure looks like it should.

Discovered what the issue was in case anyone else has a similar problem. Using the chrome browser on the iPad and on the last preview screen before you would hit the   action or send button to go to print it, I was trying to print through the HP smart app icon which comes up and has worked for everything else I’ve been printing. The problem was when I hit that HP smart button to print the labels would go away and the eBay sign on screen is the only thing that comes up to be printed. There is a generic print option that comes up and when you hit that it asks which printer i want to print to, I select it, and the labels come up in the preview and everything works fine. It just didn’t like Printing through the HP Smart app that was installed.
