Trying to list, features disappear and appear while tying to create listing.

I have templates set up so that when I try to list my sportscards, these features are already in the list.  Here lately the list of features, if they appear, are all over the place in different order.  If Item Specifics do appear, I can only add one feature.  Something has happened recently that makes this a pain to list.

Ebay has been working on listing issues and other IT technical issues for weeks. Try switching to a different browser. It worked for me and others. Hope this helps.

I am having trouble today, 2/14.  I just came to this page to see if it was just me.

I start typing in the specifics and then the screen "blips" and then the specifics are gone.  Try to submit and then the red box comes us that items specifics are missing.
