Hi @papermoneyforme - I'll need more detail if you'd like me to troubleshoot. Can you tell me what errors you're getting, how old the initial draft is, etc. If you can include any screenshots that would be helpful as well.

Drafts were created yesterday and when try to copy, get:

Something went wrong. Please try again.

I have tried clearing cache and using 3 different browsers.

I used to get this occasionally but now it has been for 2 days.

Happening to me also.

I go to another page, like bidding or something, and then go back to drafts and it copies fine. Hope this works for you too.

I managed to copy 12 at once and redo all of those, and then is did the same thing when I tried to copy again.

What a pain this is becoming.

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://pay.ebay.com/rxo?" on this server.

That error can be the result if your network is blocking your connection to eBay. Short term, try completing your transaction using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.

Long term, you may have issues with your network. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

This is now 3 days in a row the the copy draft is a mess.

I have now tried 3 browsers and 2 ID's and constantly get the same error.

How are we supposed to get listings ready.

Please get this fixed.
