Trying bulk edit to update domestic shipping but get error msg & can't - anyone else?

Hi, I've tried 5 times now.  I've tried in IE11 and Chrome ... I select all items and go to domestic shipping and put in the accurate info then click save and all I get is a red message "

Edit domestic shipping

Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields."

I was doing this because a bunch of sellers have messaged me they are getting charged shipping on every item where I have (for years) charged only one S&H charge with all additional items free.  They called eBay and were told it was me not them.  Many of these are repeat buyers that now I only have one S&H charge

All of this started today though I have been getting sales fine.  I even suggested to delete the items in their cart and repurchase in case eBay was just having a glitch - no luck.  I will, for now, refund the extra S&H fees they are charged ...

still having the same issue ... anyone have ideas "Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields." when updating domestic shipping it removes the cost for each additional item with the above note?

since 8/1/17 EVERY DAY I have posted or searched for help with NO RESPONSE FROM TECHNICAL ... plus I have had 2 separate eBay Customer Service phone calls on 2 separate days with them trying to figure out what is going on (the second call they called me back) ... they said they would work with another team to try and get help and would get back to me - that was yesterday.

I see in the forums I am not along but none of those sellers have had any help either.
