Hello all, I’m having trouble logging into one of my other accounts and so I made this one to seek help.
In my other account I was really stupid and repeatedly procrastinated paying my fees and so ebay have suspended my account. All very understandable. I decided yesterday that I would pull my finger out and actually pay the fees but when I try to log in on the mobile app, it says that “this user has been suspended” and does not allow me to log in.
The problem with this is that in order to pay my fees, ebay requires me to log in, obviously, but I can’t log in. The reason I’m here instead of contacting ebay is that when I try to get help on their accounts, holds, restrictions and suspensions page, it takes me to the sign in page which is now a dead end for me.
I am wondering if anyone here can help me get in contact with ebay to resolve this.
