I seem to having trouble listing an item using Firefox. Have been using FF for many years and have never experienced this issue before. I use templates to create my listings and when I try to modify one of the templates for a new listing my changes are not saved. Not only that but once I toggle the description area from graphic to HTML mode to make the changes, I cannot go back to graphic mode. This only happens with FF. It started on May 22 as I was fine using FF on the 21st and did my usual listings. I am able to use Chrome to create my listings but was curious if anyone else was experiencing this issue using Firefox. I have tried using FF in Safe mode, clearing cache, etc but to no avail. Terribly frustrating.

Hey @gsquared7 .
This is a known bug with Firefox. Use another browser for now. Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report. It's fast, easy, and the more users reporting, the higher this will go up eBay's fix list. It's creating problems for me, too.
Read more about this current bug here.

Thanks for your reply! I have been in touch with customer support for the better part of 2 weeks trying to
figure out if the problem was on their end or mine. I see now it is on their end as I am not the only
one experiencing the problem. And, thanks for the link.
