Tracking page in App not linking to carrier tracking website

Hi 

 

When selling items my app used to allow me to go in to the tracking details page and tap the tracking number to take me to delivery company's website.

 

Now I tap it and it does nothing. Doesn't matter which provider it is Evri, Royal Mail etc. Tried clearing Cache and closing the app but nothing

It's working fine on my end here in the US. First check to make sure both your eBay app and device's OS are up to date. Reboot your device.

 

If that doesn't clear the issue, file a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.

 

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
