This has been going on for months with our account. We have called and reported it several times and it's still happening on random orders daily. I saw some posts with similar stuff from 2021 but we didn't actually start experiencing this issue until late this summer.
We go to orders and then awaiting shipment......then select all orders from the day and add tracking (so the screen shows all the order and spaces for the tracking and carrier). We put all the tracking in and hit save at the bottom. The screen then normally goes back to the sold listings page like normal (making us think everything uploaded OK).
However, when we go back to orders awaiting shipment, we frequently see several of the same orders we just uploaded tracking for still saying "awaiting shipment".
There are 1 of 2 issues from there.....
1-When I go to add tracking again for one order, it will not show the tracking number we just uploaded whatsoever. Thus, I have to add it again and normally it then accepts it.
or....
2-I go to add tracking for a specific order....and it DOES show the tracking I just uploaded but still has "awaiting shipment" status.

Bah, let me try this again. My time to edit the above post ran out. This post is more concise.
We use Endicia/stamps.com to print our postage, we've been doing this for 15 years with zero issues until a few months ago on here...so it's not an issue with them.
Basically, we upload tracking daily for the previous day's orders. To do this, I just go to our sold section and the "awaiting shipment" filter for yesterday. I then hit the checkbox so that all orders are selected and then "add tracking" (under the shipping drop down) so that it shows all the orders, spaces for the tracking number, and spaces for the carrier all on the same page. I then upload all the tracking and hit the "save" button. It then normally goes back to the sold listings page like normal (making me think everything uploaded correctly).
When I go back those orders that were awaiting shipment from the previous day a few minutes later (the ones I just uploaded tracking for)....I see some orders have indeed "taken" the tracking and are now in the "paid and shipped" section. However, there are several orders still sitting in the "awaiting shipment" section even though I just uploaded tracking minutes earlier for those.
When the tracking does not take from the bulk upload page, I then hit the "add tracking" for each individual order. At that point, 1 of 2 issues will occur. On some of these when I do that, it shows no tracking number whatsoever....meaning it didn't "take" at all from when I uploaded it. I then re-add the tracking a second time and it normally "takes" fine (as long as I do it one by one and not in a bulk upload).
Meanwhile, for others still in awaiting shipment....when I hit the add tracking button....I will hit "add tracking" and it DOES show the tracking I had uploaded minutes prior....but yet still shows a "awaiting shipment" status. Thus, it seems like some are "half-taking" the tracking. So, in short....everyday we have some that correctly take, some that half-take, and others that don't take at all.
This has been literally happening daily on some orders. There is no pattern as to which do this....but it's been an issue every day for 4-5 months. We have reported this to Anchor Support 4 or 5 times at this point but it hasn't been fixed. Hoping someone can help....
