Tracking & Label Information is not Forwarding to Pay Pal

For a few weeks now infornation that has automatically been sent to Pay Pal in the past is not being forwarded.

When I open my Pay Pal account I am being asked to provide the shipping information.

Please,

I do not need extra work when selling on eBay.

Please look into this and figure out what is needed to go back to the normal where all shipping information is automatically sent to Pay Pal.

I really do not want to see a notice that says NEEDS ATTENTION.

This is an ongoing glitch that pops up at random.  Ebay has never fixed it completely and it keeps coming back.  All you can do is complain to ebay:
