UPDATE - My issue has been resolved
Mailed item on 07/12/25 using eBay label.
Tracking was never updated on eBay but tracked just fine at USPS and item has been delivered. It does not show delivered on eBay.
Hi @ght2023 . I'm not seeing widespread reports from other sellers. My suggestion is to click the ? icon on the bottom right of your orders page, then click the link to report a tech problem. Those reports go to eBay product teams so they can look into this.
I've got one doing that now. I sent it out yesterday and it has a couple of updates on the USPS website, but none on Ebay tracking. I'm not worried about it since USPS confirms it has been accepted and is moving. Still, I will follow the "report technical problem" advice if it doesn't update later today.
