Does anyone know if it is possible to switch off or block
the "Top Rated Plus" pop-up box on search/browse results? (see jpg).
It is not a deal breaker but I find it to be an annoying distraction
when it pops up every time my cursor goes over it..
I am running Firefox 136.0.2 on a Mac 12.46 Monterey
and Adblock Plus 3.5.2's "Block Element" doesn't seem capable of killing it.
Any suggestions?

The following rule works for me on a Windows 10 machine using Ad Block Plus 4.18.0.
ebay.com##.tooltip__host
That should get rid of the little icon that produces the pop-up on mouse-over, though looking closely at your image, the icon does not appear. So you see a pop-up when hovering over the entire "top rated" message? That is much more annoying.
Try this if the previous rule does not do anything for you:
ebay.com##.s-item__etrs-text

Yes!
Your first suggestion ...
ebay.com##.tooltip__host
...eliminated the problem.
The entire "Top Rated Plus" slug vanishes
taking the pop-up with it.
Many thanks eburtonlab !
