There are a few very key components of the new messaging system that we need added back in as sellers without these it really is not a good system at all.. 2 basic functions that are not availabe.
1.) Ability to search messages ( not sure how this could even get overlooked )
2.) Ability to flag messages ( Very key component for customer service etc.. )
I was forced over to the new system on mobile so I had to switch on desktop because the 2 just do not work hand in hand together at all. This may fall on deaf ears and I have already done the suggestion and feedback through the system. But its just really unusuable in its current state.
