My account was hacked. An agent from eBay reset my password and email but I can't change my name and address...

Your account appears to be registered in Vietnam. That may complicate issues.

You may have to contact eBay if you are having problems changing countries.

If you were registered for selling previously, you may have to register a new account, as selling accounts can not move between countries, as far as I know.
