Every time is list using "Sell Similar" or "Relist" I get this notification.... It's been happening for over a month. There's no information on why this happening or how to avoid it. What's going on?

A lot of sellers have been experiencing the same thing. 

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
