The select quantity to purchase pop up box will not allow input in my app

The select quantity box pops up on the bottom of my screen but won’t allow me to increase the quantity. Only allows me to close the box. I can change the quantity in my cart however. Very frustrating as a buyer!

Which version number of the eBay app are you using? Make sure you have the latest for your OS.

The "Quantity available" menu on the item page seems to be working for me using version 6.59.0.2 on and Android 11 phone, and puts the correct number into the cart for me.

You may want to post your issue on one of the app boards -- there are eBay folks that read and respond to app issues there.

Thanks for the reply. I’m running version 6.59.0.2974 and I deleted and reinstalled the app which didn’t help. I can’t see that there’s a more current version. I have auto-update enabled, so should always be running the most current which seems to be the problem, since I’ve never experienced this before.

I’m having the exact same issue. Reinstalling does not help. Running a Iphone 11 Pro. All OS & app systems current and working fine.  But I won’t allow me to change quantity.
