My address is correct yet eBay is listing a "ships from" a town I used to live in. Why is that happening and how can I fix it? Thank you for any help.
The town should be New Richmond. It was O.K. until a few days ago when I changed my shipping policy. But I never changed my address.

Hi @stampedict - see below, specifically the last paragraph at the bottom about updating item location on your listings. Come back if you need more help.
----------
First go to this page under your account settings and update all relevant address fields. The next time you go to print a label, click on edit next to your ship from address on the right side of the page to make sure the updated address is showing before you purchase the label.
Don't forget to update the location on your listings. Item location on your listings is not linked to your registered ship from address and has to be updated separately.
Go to your active listings page in seller hub, select all listings, click the edit button in the menu above your listings. From there you can use the bulk editor to change the ship from zip code on your listings to ensure accurate rates when calculated shipping is used.

@wastingtime101Thank you for replying. Balk editing the item location worked.
It is good for other sellers to know the following:
1. Changing the shipping policy can, unbeknown to the seller, automatically change the item location to a default, most-likely arbitrarily determined by AI.
2. There is no "item location" editing handle available when creating a shipping policy.
Thank you again.
