Hello. As I stated in the title the eBay messaging system is not working properly...honestly it's barely even working. The sellers are not receiving my messages either at all or with great delay, so the proper communication is impossible. This causes a lot of stress and confusion for both sides. This has happened with several sellers so far and I managed to resolve communication issue with only one seller because they called me and we discovered that I was also not receiving their messages. I'm fairly new to eBay and as of now I am only a buyer here and I was going to become a seller really soon too, but with this issue (and not only this, the Tracking is also seriously bugged, for example the items that the seller has already sent out are still showing as not shipped or the items that arrived a long time ago are still shown as in transit) I am scared and discouraged. Is there a way to let eBay know this is happening? I searched the Help & Support section but there is nothing matching this problem, so I decided to ask here. Does anyone know what could be causing this or has the same problem?
