Frustrating I can't read my messages.  I need to see the reply from a seller.

Top right of the page - My eBay > Messages is sending users to the defunct:

https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0

eBay needs to update the link to the new page:

https://www.ebay.com/cnt/ViewMessage

You can access messages using the second link.

I suggest following this very easy process to report the problem to eBay. The more people reporting, the higher eBay will prioritize a fix.

You need to ACTUALLY tell someone at eBay, assuming there is anybody home.  The LINKEDINCOMPETENTS that run eBay are currently sending people with eBay issues on the Facebook, Instagram and X platforms, strategically ignoring THEIR OWN PLATFORM “Community”
