I posted this earlier in another forum but realized this might be a better place. I noticed today that Terapeak is way (sometimes way, way) off on both sold and active listings.
As an example:
From the top, the shipping shown on Terapeak for these three active listings is $5.41, $6.66, and $100 - when in actuality, the shipping shown when you click through to the listings is $5.65, $6.95, and $5.70! There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. The sold listings are having the same issue, which makes it somewhat questionable for price comparisons.
I only noticed this today, so I'm not sure if it's a new bug or if I just didn't realize it till now. The $100 shipping jumped out at me as so egregious that I had to look at the listing and that's when the problem became clear.

Not sure about where Terapeak gets shipping cost information, but I believe that when you go to a sold eBay listing, the shipping shown is the shipping to your own address (or at least the location you provide to calculate your shipping), not that of the shipping address of the actual buyer.

What search words did you use?

I found the item. Active listings, not sold listings, so shipping shown will not be exact since no payments were made yet.
Listing 1: 394506133424
Charging for an 8 oz FC package ranging from $5.40 - $5.85 so the $5.41 shown is within a couple cents of the low end.
Listing 2: 275637553247
Charging for a 12 oz FC package with a 50 cent handling fee ranging from $6.65 - $7.15 so the $6.66 shown is within a couple cents of the low end.
Listing 3: 134432285289
Charging for an 8 oz FC package ranging from $5.40 - $5.85. Initially I thought the $100 might be because the listing offers international shipping, however the international rates are mostly in the $30 range so I don't know where that $100 is coming from.

The location-based explanation does make the most sense, so thank you. But I agree, that $100 one is way off somehow!
