Technical issues

I just had a sale close for which there were a few other bidders who qualified for second chance offers. eBay had a link for one bidder which I clicked on - however when I got to the next page it said I had input the wrong information. I CLICKED ON THEIR LINK WHICH IS NOT WORKING. I then tried CHAT where I was asked what was wrong with my computer and directed to Just Answer. Just Answer told me they have no way of resolving an issue with eBay's site. You can't talk to anyone in person anymore it seems. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE HAD AND NO ONE TO HELP.

I have posted technical issues under the "community info - report technical issue board". I have had several tech issues that no one seems to want to resolve. I can't answer member questions posted from anywhere for one.  Good luck. Oh, and I wouldn't waste much time trying to get anyone to give you an answer or get you a fix. Been there done that.
