Ebay sold items are ending in unsold section then much later return as sold ! Very confusing how do I resolve this ?

Same issue here. Had a message from an irate message this afternoon because it looked like I cancelled the auction she was the high bidder on. Damage control needed for sure. I had Ebay call me and they said they are aware of the issue and working on it. No idea how soon this will get resolved and whether the buyer will get a new message that they won or how I can make that right.

Many others are reporting this same type of glitch today. I saw someone say that when they contacted the buyer via the listing they could suddenly pay. Give it a try and see. Best of luck to you....

I accessed the listing from the active list and then went back to all selling and it cleared it from active list and unsold list so I was able to send an invoice. Now though I can't get the unsold 'ended' items off of my active list; they show up there as well as on the unsold list.
