I have had glitches over the many year's and am amazed of how much life I am missing holding for someone to ask my problem. Explain. One minute, please, while I transfer you. Again, explain the same thing. One moment, I'm transferring. I have 7 late shipments from June and July that were shipped on time. I am finding shipping is crazy! I went to relist/revise a 2# vase, shipping showed First Class for $4.50. Today, I sold a box for $6.00, which was marked Medium Priority ad cost $11.00. I lost everything on that sale.

I have told eBay Repeatedly! I am not a computer, my customer's are not computers. When I spoke with the last gentleman, he said, "I see you call alot". Well, if you have problems, what else. I would rather have root canal then call. They should have a way to contact them, without calling, chat or email. Ebay, still waiting.

Someday eBay will have a "Watson" and every conceivable issue/variation/solution will be all taken care of.
