Technical Issue with Adding Tracking Number and Downloading Order Receipt

Hello,

I'm experiencing a technical issue on my eBay seller account. When trying to add a tracking number, I keep getting the message: "Something went wrong. Please close the window and try again." I've tried closing the window multiple times, but the error still appears.

Additionally, I'm unable to download the order receipt despite multiple attempts.

Could you help me resolve these issues?

Yes, I am using Multi-User Account Access to assist my client with their eBay seller account. I'm trying to add the tracking number and download the order receipt, but I keep receiving the error message

OK the problem with MUAA and tracking was reported yesterday by another person. I think there's an error eBay needs to fix. Until it's fixed, your client will need to add tracking themself from their selling account.

Click the ? icon on the lower right corner of the orders page @digitaldenn and click report a technical issue. Enter comments you can't add tracking with MUAA

The more users reporting, the higher priority it goes on the fix list.
