I have called ebay chat and assistant twice now and they just don't seem to understand this problem so far. On the "seller hub page" under "Active" " all selling " there is a "Category " box with a Drop Down Arrow where you can select your store category and edit accordingly. DOES NOT OPEN UP.
Also there is a "Sort By" drop down box with arrow this opens up but "does not sort". This sorting is for newly listed, ending soonest, most watchers etc. My box is locked on "ending soonest" and will not open up to anything else.
Just happened a week ago and is preventing me from editing, adding and deleting and sell similar functions.
A work around was given and that does not completely work. Under "Listings" all selling, category arrow does not work, meaning it does not open up.
Along with this problem, my seller hub page does not accurately list my 50 or 100 active listings, I have to hit the scroll arrow to populate the full page which was opening up that page correctly for the last 20 yrs.
Reading thru I see this happens to many occasionally and sort of corrects itself eventually.
It is not your browser, or your cookies or cache, it is ebay fixing and enhancing the systems periodically and causing other problems in their fixes.
My best guess, is that proper testing does not occur when new systems fixes are installed.
Hopefully someone will help here. My phone call has escalated this to "someone in the tech unit".

I'm not having any issues like you are seeing.
Even though you say it's not your browser, your cookies or cache, it still maybe what is causing the issue also using a bookmark to get into your Seller hub may be corrupted. Try logging out completely. The log in without using the bookmark page.
Sometimes doing this clears things up.

Do you have the same problem using an alternative (non-seller hub) link?

Same problem here. Cleared cache, cookies, history, all data, checked for updates, disabled blocker, restarted.
Earlier I also had automatically re-listed items disappear for several days (from unsold as well as active, and supposedly this normally takes no more than 12 hours) before finally showing up eventually, I'm guessing that was just system bog but maybe it's related? Seems unlikely.
Very big problem as my active listings page seems to have every drop down arrow and some buttons disabled, so I can't take actions, expand or collapse trees, send offers, or even sort my items. Other menus on other parts of the site work just fine.
Update: I believe this may be an associated issue as my active listing page also hangs when I navigate back to it from within the seller hub specifically (though refreshing or accessing from elsewhere does produce the version with broken menus):
Hopefully it's just a choppy day for some reason, will try support when open and update if there's a fix or it's just a server issue.
Update: Confirmed it started working at random several hours later. Not ideal but if anyone hits similar snags I guess you just have to wait it out. If it is helpful, I noticed this and my previous re-listing problem both resolved around 5 a.m. PST. Perhaps there is a maintenance window or update schedule related to this.

No difference, I have two stores an one is perfectly fine . Also the page is kind of different, I attached a picture
The problem I try to do inventory and can't search the SKU , because the drop menu just give me one option 😕

I suggest starting a new thread @rebe-1976 since your issue is unrelated to the original post.
You can search SKU by typing in the search box where it says "search by title, sku, or item number." The drop down selection is to change and search by item description only.
It's not a tech issue, it's a change in seller hub navigation which, in my opinion, really stinks and slows down the workflow.

You missed my point. You only use the drop down if you want to search by item description @rebe-1976 . If you want to search SKU you just type a term in the search box and hit enter. No need to use the drop down.
