I'm trying to start selling again and the system wants me to change my home address from the PO Box I have listed. I live in a rural area and don't receive USPS home mail delivery but get UPS and Fedex regularly. When I put my physical address in the system it wasn't recognized and keeps reverting back to the PO Box, don't understand why every other business and delivery service can find it but Ebay can't. Consequently, since Ebay no longer allows PO Boxes for home addresses I am unable to get my account active to sell, of course I can buy anything I want and they'll send to my PO Box address! Any help is appreciated.

eBay requires a physical address for Managed Payments if you want to sell.
Some post offices will allow you to use the street address of the post office -- check to see if yours will allow that.
You will need to have a checking account with a matching name and street address, though.

And in addition to what @eburtonlab already mentioned, since you are trying to get started selling again, please, please take the time to read through carefully all the information on the eBay site about how Managed Payments works. It is completely different from our old PayPal days. If you are not ready and informed, it will prove challenging. If you are prepared it will go smoothly.

I have the exact same problem. Did you ever find a solution?
