Problem - I am unable to add anything to the new sub-style catagory that is now apprearing on my variation listings for clothing. I choose the selections from the drop down menu and unable to update any of my listings because of the error message.
Anybody have any advice on getting around this?
EBay - Please escelate this to get it fixed! Thanks!

I have been posting on this error today. Posts are under Item Specifics and Adding Sub Styles.
I have found that it is only happening under the Activewear Category for me. Unfortunately, my entire store is listed under that category.
Consequently, I am frozen out of making any changes to my listing and also from creating new listings.
Have been trying since 6 a.m. to get help on this...with no response or results from Ebay.

I just listed under Men's Clothing instead of Activewear and that worked too, but too time consuming to change 600 listings one by one.
So, am hoping for a solution in the morning.

@centralvalleytitan @Anonymous @subapete @audubonbookstore If you could update thread and let ebay staff know what listing tool you are using... pc, mac, app... windows 10 etc... That would be helpful to the tech team.

looks like your using the mobile app try using a web based platform like a pc or laptop.

I tried to open a tech ticket very early Thurs morning. After being on hold 30 min. got someone who was new...apparently. Not sure if a ticket got opened after that conversation. Tried again, was transferred to a VM box number. I left a message in to who knows who? Tried to call again two other times, but hold time was too long.
Posted info on several threads about this. Many others with same issue.
Cannot change on any of my listings and cannot list new listings under ActiveWear.
Frozen out of my store basically.
I'm using a Mac Air and the problem seems to be occurring in ActiveWear...particularly in Men's ActiveWear.
You can change the category and list under something else, but I have hundreds of items affected, so am waiting for a fix...hopefully today!
Thanks to everyone for calling Ebay and informing them of the issue affecting many.
