Stuck on "verify your identity"

I'm trying to list an item for the first time, and the page is infitely stuck on the loading wheel for "verify your identity". I had them call me, I put in the PIN number, and then the page got stuck on this loading wheel.

Exiting the page and returning does nothing, I go straight back to the loading symbol.

Any ideas?

This is happening to me too.   On the PC and on my phone app.

Called support and this is a known issue that prevents new seller accounts from being created

I got the same situation, it loading all times after i enter code. I already contact support, seemingly they could not help me.
