My store alphabetical listings, that were on the left side of my store page, is missing. Anyone else have that problem? Can't get it to restore anywhere. Have a call into Ebay but haven't received a call back yet.
I just received a call back from them about an hour ago on the same problem and they did say the problem was identified but no ETA was available. They transferred me to a store representative who added my account to I'm sure a growing list to be called back when it's resolved.
Thanks for your reply. Getting so aggravated with Ebay in the last few months. I have over 800 items on and need that list so people can quickly find what they're looking for.
This is a known issue and there are several threads on multiple message boards about it unfortunately. Hoping for a fix soon. john@tools
I would also suggest using the Ebay for Business Facebook page and sending them a private message there to be sure your account is added to the list. It might help.
