Store e-mail marketing

I have been trying to have Ebay fix my store email marketing tool but with no results! Since Sept 28 2020 I am not able to send e-mails to my newsletter subscribers with consequent loss of sales. Ebay is worthless as I have been asking to check my account but to this day I still can't send e-mails. Does anybody know what to do?

Unfortunately, this problem has come and gone for years.  Sometimes the store email marketing works and sometimes it doesn't - at least that's been my experience.  For anyone needing a refresher, here's the link to the general info on site:

All you can do is file support cases, check your marketing set up frequently, maybe redo it altogether.  You might try clearing computer cache, restarting computer, and logging back in.  But since this has been going on for you since Sept. that probably won't help either.

Frankly, with all the new software changes going on continuously, they alter things that affect other systems - this for example - and end up creating more problems than they were trying to solve in the first place.  Very frustrating.

I am in a battle with ebay right now.  For several months, my marketing sales and newsletters have not been reaching subscribers/followers and ebay makes like it is not their program.  You cannot tell me that my 1700+ followers all changed their notifications at the same time not to receive emails.  I sent out a coupon a couple of days ago and it only to part of my people.. and to make matters worse, they only received the coupon in their ebay messages... NOT in their emails. I don't know about most folks but I rarely check ebay messages unless a customer contacts me and it comes to my email.   Ebay is broken and has been a long time.  Everything they do a so called "improvements" it messes up the system even worse.  Why try to sell on ebay when customers don't know when you list new items!  Not only are sellers losing sales and money but ebay is also losing money on fees.
