Store default settings

My store always defaults to "Price + shpg. Lowest First ". I definitely don't want that. I've tried a million times to change it to either Best Match or Newly Listed. Never happens. This has been happening since December 2018 and my sales are absolutely horrid since that time. Supposedly it's been sent to the "techs" but nothing changes. I've been on eBay for Business (Facebook) several times and even they can't seem to fix it. Don't want to close my store but ....

At one point it may have been possible for sellers to set their store default sort order, but currently the sort order is entirely determined by the user doing the searching.

When I go to your store, the default sort order I see is "Newly listed", which is the default order I have chosen for all of my own searches.

To change your own default search settings, do a search and then click on the "View" link at the upper right of the page and select "Customize".

Wow! You solved my default setting problem! I've talked to so many eBay peeps about this and no one has been able to help me. Thanks so much! Now I have to figure out why/how I'm not getting sales.
