Store Featured Categories, what happened to them

I am noticing that when I visit seller stores the featured categories like "Newly Listed" are gone. If the store had a banner with a featured listing it is still visible but nothing else shows up above all listings.

Is this a new change or a glitch?

I see the same thing in my store. Also, some listings that are on a markdown promotion are not displaying the strike-through price, both in my store and in the main search page results.

I recommend reporting this issue through customer service. In my experience, the more reports received the faster the issue is addressed.

devon@ebay  kyle@ebay  I'm seeing multiple reports of this issue here in the community and also on social media as well - just want to flag it for your attention hopefully before the weekend.

Is it possible changes they are making for the Store Sale tab to display coupons announced in the Fall Update is having some unintended consequences?

It took a bit but it I reported it. Customer service said:

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. It is global temporary issue at the moment and many sellers are affected by this. Please do not worry. I would like to assured you that this has already been reported to our site developments team. And rest assured it will be resolved within 48-72 hours and I have already shared your data also so that it can get resolved very soon.

Hey @valueaddedresource! Sorry for the delay on this but I did get this over Friday afternoon to be looked into and they did open an internal ticket with an elevated status to have this corrected.
