Stamps.com

Cant connect and upload orders. Stamps.com says its ebay. Cant call ebay because they for some reason cant talk on the phone. Can anyone help me?

@fastenersfast   You may have to temporarily use eBay's label flow or PayPal's until the interface between stamps.com and eBay is resolved.  Supposedly eBay updates their servers on Thursday so it might get corrected between now (Thursday AM) and tomorrow ...

You can certainly try clearing cookies, temp internet file, browsing history, etc then shut down and restart your computer.  You might also try a different browser.

I currently can't connect to Stamps.com at all. And I can't reach them on the phone. Does anyone else have this problem?

I can currently reach the site, but it looks like they may have had an issue recently, with a spike in reports of problems around 2pm EST:

I was just able to finally log on and print the label. Hopefully this doesn't happen again as it seems there is no way to contact them by phone.

It was finally able to work for me. Hopefully it won't happen again as I'm not sure you can reach them on the phone based on my experiences.
